After School Care 2017-2018

Children in PK - 5th grade, enrolled at Caldwell Schools are eligible. New Great Rates! After School Snack provided to all. Play time and fun activities.

Our rates will be $125 for the first child each month, $110 for each additional sibling. This fee is due by the 15th day of the month, payable to Caldwell ISD. (You only pay 9 times across the school year - September through May. We do not prorate).  

Serious misbehavior, such as classroom removals, office referrals, or ISS placements may disqualify students from participating in the initial stages of the after school program.  If the student has serious misbehavior problems while in the after school program, the child may be asked to not return.

Care is provided from after school until 6 p.m.  If the child is not picked up by 6:05 p.m., an additional fee will be charged.

Your application and payment should be mailed to or dropped off at the Administration Office at 203 N. Gray Street (across the street from the Caldwell Middle School). Administration Office Hours are:  Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
